How to make Beef Bone Broth

1.) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.) Place Frontière Natural Meats Grass-Fed Beef Bones on a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour, flipping the bones over once with tongs.
3.) Remove the bones from the oven and, using tongs, carefully place the bones in a large pot, fill the pot with water till the bones are covered, and place on high heat.
4.) Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12 – 24 hours without stirring. Add water as necessary to keep the bones submerged.
5.) Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
6.) Dispose of the bones and strain the remaining product through cheesecloth.
7.) Cool the product in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Do not remove the layer of fat that may form on top of the broth.
8.) When ready to use, skim the fat off the top and heat the broth. Add desired vegetables and seasonings or enjoy as is.
